We have been working in this business with passion for three generations. We changed over from the processing carried out in the small houses in the mountains to today’s processing which exploits modern technologies and meets all kind of standards. However, our activity still keeps its traditional features such as the hand-modeling of products allowing us to obtain a high-grade product with an extraordinary taste.
